Psychotherapist and Organizational Development Professional

Hello,

With over 15 years of experience in coaching and psychotherapy, I specialize in working with both individuals and couples. My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. I have extensive experience in addressing a wide range of issues, including relationship challenges, men’s mental health, life transitions, communication difficulties, self-esteem concerns, identity development, overcoming shame, mood regulation, and LGBTQ+ issues.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic, recognizing that there is no "one-size-fits-all" solution. I work within your personal framework to identify the methods and strategies that resonate most with you. I am committed to working at your pace, adapting my approach to meet your specific needs, and ensuring that you feel supported throughout the process.

I have a particular specialization in relationship dynamics, communication enhancement, and identity exploration. I work with a diverse client base, including individuals from various faiths, cultural backgrounds, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. As a Kink-Aware and Poly-Affirmative therapist, I respect the diversity of relationships and the individuality of each client, ensuring that all are treated with dignity and understanding.

In addition to my therapeutic expertise, I bring over 16 years of experience in individual and group coaching, as well as a strong background in Adult Education. This background informs my work and enhances my ability to provide psychoeducation and tools that support clients in achieving their goals.

As a therapist, my ultimate purpose is to foster understanding, offer psychoeducation, and empower clients to succeed in their personal and relational goals.
