Psychotherapist and Organizational Development Professional
Hello everyone, My name is Sean Hale and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Learning Development professional that can help you both on a personal and professional level. I have 10 years experience in change management, workshop development, group facilitation, team development and client coaching. As an individual therapist and workshop developer, my purpose is to provide understanding and psychoeducation to help my clients to succeed.
In my therapy practice, I provide an empathetic and non-judgemental approach. I work with a range of clients. Some with major mood and personality disorders and others that are looking to develop coping skills. I work particularly well with: clients hoping to regulate their negative feelings, clients that are wanting to develop new skills, clients that need someone to talk to and clients seeking a highly empathetic approach. I work with you at your pace and using methodologies that are most suited to your needs. I value an open and collaborative approach.
I work with a range of clients; including LGTBQ+, those of different faiths, different cultural backgrounds and economic status. I look forward to working with you to jointly discover the best way to help you meet your goals. Your input in our sessions is paramount and we will adjust as needed throughout our relationship.
