About me

I work with both individuals and couples from a place of empathy. I am happy and comfortable working with people from different communities, including those from the 2SLBGTQIA+ community. Each session is personalized to meet individual needs, creating a warm, inclusive, and validating space. My goal is to enhance your well-being in all areas of your life and I will work collaboratively with you to help you gain new perspectives

 

I have experience working with individuals navigating addiction and with people facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression and ADHD. I am a sex positive therapist, well versed non-traditional relationship styles (ie. open or polyamory). I am comfortable speaking about sexuality, kinks or fetishes and have experience helping clients navigate relationship challenges, from poor communication to identifying emotionally abusive patterns. 


I use a varied approach, including elements from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
