About me
Maybe you’ve been feeling emotionally drained, moving through the days with a quiet heaviness. Or you’re questioning who you are, especially when parts of your identity pull you in different directions. You might feel stuck in relationships, unheard, or caught in repeating patterns. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I offer a client-centered, culturally responsive space. With a background in corporate life, I understand the toll of stress, perfectionism, and burnout—especially when layered with cultural or relational expectations. As an Asian female, I bring sensitivity to the experience of navigating multiple worlds.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, and Existential approaches to support you in understanding how thoughts, emotions, and relationships shape your experience. Depending on your goals, we can focus on coping tools, emotional insight, or questions around identity and meaning. I will walk alongside you in your healing journey.

If any of this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a free 30-minute consultation session. Together, we can discuss your needs, explore how I can work with you, and determine if we're a good fit for working together on your journey toward healing and growth.

-
Psychodynamic Therapy – exploring unconscious patterns and family dynamics that shape current experiences
-
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – building practical strategies to manage stress, low mood, and negative thought cycles
-
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) – deepening awareness of emotional patterns and fostering healthier relational bonds
-
Existential Therapy – exploring meaning, identity, and personal values in times of change or uncertainty
-

A Bit About Me
-
As an immigrant who has lived in both collectivist and individualist cultures, I bring a deep appreciation for the ways identity, family, and culture shape our lives. These experiences allow me to approach therapy with openness, cultural sensitivity, and respect for diverse values and stories.
